چکیده

Introductory note Oriental gore a Specifjc infective granu?ma of the skin which breaks down to form ai'ge chronic indolent ulcers lasting for several i ?nths. Sores may be single or multiple, and tjein? usually present on the exposed parts of le body often cause severe disfigurement. They Wh f /rom infection by Leishmania tropica tv,! *s generally believed to be transmitted rough the bites of infected sand-flies. Alough a large number of remedies have been j^ggested as ' specifics only a few of them can G recommended with any degree of confidence, | atients having a common tendency to drift to e jarrahs who are reputed to have more effec^ 1cures for the sores.
